Reservation Fee:
A £20 reservation fee is applied to rental. The reservation fee is refunded if cancellation notice is given seven days prior to reservation date.

Machine Rental:
The machine rental charge is £19.50 for the first hour and £6.50 per additional hour thereafter needed to complete the quilt.

The time it takes to complete a quilt depends on your skill level and the complexity of your quilting designs, but the following table is a useful guide for estimating time:

Cat A - "all-over" quilting of a simple freehand design
Cat B - adding border designs and turning the quilt
Cat C - custom heirloom designs or complex, artistic quilting

Note: charges begin to accrue at the time of your appointment, and end when the quilt is removed from the quilting machine, so come prepared to quilt. If you need guidance with design decision, pattern preparation, colour choices or marking we are happy to help at no extra charge but this needs to be done before your appointment time.
